3.3 One Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one Account on l89app. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. l89app reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
3.4 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your Account details current. l89app reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where inaccurate or misleading registration information is discovered.
3.5 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your l89app login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. l89app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
3.6 Corporate Accounts. l89app Accounts may only be held by natural persons. Companies, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register Accounts.
4.1 l89app reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account holder at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to processing withdrawal requests, investigating suspicious activity, or satisfying internal compliance requirements.
4.2 Verification documents may include, without limitation: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, utility bill, or a bank statement confirming the player's name and address in Bangladesh.
4.3 Until satisfactory verification has been completed, l89app may restrict your ability to make withdrawals, access certain Services, or claim bonus funds.
4.4 If you fail to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period as specified by l89app, or if the documents provided do not satisfy our verification standards, l89app reserves the right to suspend or close your Account.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. l89app processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in BDT through supported payment channels, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Supported methods may change from time to time at l89app's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. l89app reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with notice to players.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your Account. l89app will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.4 Processing Times. l89app targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten minutes for most transactions. However, processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, where a withdrawal request is subject to review, or where third-party payment provider delays occur outside l89app's control.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You may not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, third-party accounts, or any other source that is not your own verified personal funds.
5.6 Deposit Errors. If you believe that an error has occurred in relation to a deposit or withdrawal, you must notify l89app at [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction. l89app will investigate reported errors and communicate findings within a reasonable time.
5.7 Declined Withdrawals. l89app reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of potential fraud or rules violations, or where wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have not been satisfied.
6.1 l89app may offer bonuses, free bets, matched deposits, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. l89app reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or promotion where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, using multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or un-wagered after the expiry period specified in the promotion terms will be forfeited automatically.
6.5 l89app reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All bets placed and games played on l89app are governed by the specific game and betting rules published within each respective game or market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. l89app reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds, bets exceeding applicable limits, or bets that l89app has reasonable grounds to suspect were placed in violation of these Terms.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or settlement at any time based on real-world events. l89app will not be liable for the outcome of bets placed during a period of temporary odds suspension or technical interruption.
7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where the event to which it relates is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered prior to its scheduled start. Void bets will have the original stake returned to your Account balance.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. l89app may impose maximum single-event or daily winning limits. Any winnings exceeding applicable limits will be reduced to the specified maximum. Current limits are published within the relevant game or betting market.
7.6 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communications failure during gameplay, l89app reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to players.
